The Amateur to athlete programme is the closest you are likely to get to a professional athlete’s training regime and the closest you will feel to an athlete’s fitness level in a short period of time.

This 10 week total turnaround programme is the ultimate fitness, health and nutrition package available in the UK: a comprehensive and intensive programme covering all aspects of diet and exercise, expertly trained and guided by our specialist sport scientist trainers in our Mayfair gym and now available to purchase on-line.
What you are likely to achieve:

Programme criteria – In gym personal training:
- Clients will ideally have some recent exercise history, if not, a preparatory period may be necessary
- We accept only 3 clients on any 10 week programme for maximum dedication
- Clients will be assessed by the Pete Fraser Fitness team to determine aptitude for the programme
What you will need to commit to the programme:
- Have a strong desire to make significant life, health and fitness changes
- Personal discipline to follow guidance and advice delivered by the Pete Fraser Fitness team
- Able to dedicate approximately 10 to 12 hours per week to exercise and nutrition
- Able to dedicate time to meal planning (unless on our Olympic programme)
- Expect and be prepared to work exceptionally hard both inside and outside the gym, as prescribed by the Pete Fraser fitness team

- You would ideally have previous exercise history and be a competent gym user
- You should seek medical advise before undertaking the programme

1. Olympic level athlete programme – Personal Training
Includes:
- All personally instructed fitness sessions in our Mayfair gym: 5 x 60 min sessions each week for 10 consecutive weeks
- Other training prescribed and advised as necessary
- Nutrition catered, delivered and fully included (except liquids) – other non-inclusive nutrients may be advised from time-to-time
- Full support via email and phone during office hours
- Full testing included and assessed at weeks 1 and 10
Fully inclusive cost: Olympic level athlete programme – £10,000
Olympic level athlete programme – On-line Training
- All exercises plans for 10 weeks: strength and aerobic sections
- Programme overview and explanation
- Nutrition advice and guidelines included
- 3 x 30 min email advice and guidance sessions from Pete available at weeks 1, 5 and 7
